THE RULES
Corner Pocket plays full WPA 8-ball: the break can scatter the rack, your group (solids or stripes) is set by the first legal pot, and every shot must hit your own group first and drive a ball to a rail. Fouls and scratches give your opponent ball-in-hand. Clear your group, then sink the black to win - sink it early and you lose on the spot.
